March is Women’s History Month. To celebrate the magic of all women and the variety of tasks we complete in a day, we are highlighting women from all over the world and their busy schedules. Meet Yolanda and welcome to A Day in Her Shoes.

Yolanda is a teacher, a business owner, and runs a non-profit organization. She’s also a wife and a mother to two adult sons. Questions #1: How is that possible as she doesn’t look a day over 30? Question #2: Does she ever sleep? Here’s a day in her life…let’s see!
5:00 AM I am trying to convince myself to get out of bed to pray or go to the gym
6:00 AM I actually get up and get ready for work. Stop at 7-Eleven for morning coffee, daily talk with my mother.
7:00 AM Arrive at work. Morning Duty. Prepare classroom for the day, make copies, grade papers, and whatever else business I need to take care of before class starts.
