Dear Lord,

I come to you in pain and broken today, Lord. I’m broken because of the past, present, and future conflicts in my life. While I know where this started in history, I also know why it exists today and Lord I need you.

I need you to help me think appropriately, speak appropriately, and act appropriately at all times, like the child of God that I am. I need patience and Your discerning Spirit so I don’t respond to my brothers and sisters in Christ emotionally, unfairly, and without the facts.

In all of this, help me to seek a resolution to any conflict in my life so I may give you more even more glory and honor.

In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
